The Marquee Tag

The main point of this assignment is for you to use a marquee, BUT you
will also include many other features in your final project.  First of all, 
here's a marquee:

Why did the computer scientist confuse Halloween and Christmas? Because OCT 31 equals DEC 25.

You hopefully will understand the joke displayed on this marquee. If you don't, you can still create marquees. PROBLEM: Not all browsers support marquees. If yours doesn't, you can still inspect the code to see how to use it.

ASSIGNMENT: You will create a page which includes a marquee, at least one image, seven full lines of text, and a link to an off-site WWW page. Your entire project should center around a unifying theme. The link, the marquee, the images, the title, and the text must all fit with this theme. Even if your browser does not support marquees you should still include code for one just to show that you know how to make a marquee.
